Finding a suitable home and moving requires a lot of co-ordination and can be a lengthy and stressful process. This is why we offer our assistance to help make this easier.
Our services are free for all NDIS Participants and we are happy to work with your formal or informal support teams.

Interested in owning your own SDA home?
We can help you buy or build your own SDA.
Our team can assist with helping you navigate the whole process, either sourcing an already built SDA home for you, or helping you build one.
We offer this service in WA where we can help you navigate the process or take care of everything and hand you the keys once your home is completed.

We specialize in homes designed to promote single occupancy, so you can live on your own or with your family, and it's your choice if you choose to share with others. We welcome Participants with Appendix H.

Our properties are conveniently located in close walking proximity to shops, cafes and restaurants, medical, dental and support services and public transport.
Choose Your Own Supports
Our SDA homes are not aligned to any one SIL and we encourage you bring your own formal and informal support network. It's your home and you choose who you want there to support you.

Extra Support Package

All Participants living in our homes are eligible to an Extra Support Package which includes additional support and resources to settle into your new home and make life more enjoyable and easier.
